Liners

Brooks Custom Pools uses Pleasure-Way liners for all our swimming pools. Pleasure-Way liners are manufactured using 100% virgin vinyl material which means that it has only been processed once. Using this vinyl ensures the integrity of material characteristics for elasticity, puncture resistance and cold cracking. Virgin vinyl material is important for the longest liner life possible.

Pleasure Way has many patterns ranging from the tastefully sublime to bold theme prints.

All of our material is made in Canada by Canadian General Tower, a company that is renowned in the industry for manufacturing high quality vinyl that performs dependably under our extreme environmental conditions.

Pleasure Way has pioneered the use of a lead & cadmium free material formulation. The liner is the single major replacement component of a pool and it is not readily recyclable. Our use of this material sets a standard in the pool industry that exceeds the requirement for heavy metal free products in North America.

Our material is BIO-PRUF® treated against mold and mildew penetration. Pleasure Way Liner Patterns are printed with bleach resistant inks to prevent fade and are specially top coated for scuff protection.

Patterned liners were originally developed to divert attention from debris that collected in the pool between cleaning cycles but in a short time developed into a fashion feature for the pool.

Each Pleasure Way liner is custom made to exact specifications at our own manufacturing facility. Joints in the material are lap welded using R.F. technology.

This method produces the strongest and most dependable material seam. Our quality control prevents excess lap material, eliminating unsightly and unforgiving buckles under the liner.

Advanced tailor fit liner design keeps stretch to a minimum, maintaining the full puncture protection advantage of our heavy duty 28 mil material. Each liner is individually registered with a written 25-year pro-rata warranty.
